L&CD Forum Meeting Notes

Leadership and Congregational Development Forum was held on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm on Zoom.  The meeting was led by Carolyn You and there were 27 participants.

The areas of discussion included –

General discussion of the term “intercultural”.

Reflecting on which goal resonates most with you.

• Discussion of goal “Becoming an Intercultural Church”
• Discussion of goal to become a “Centre for Community and the Arts”.
• Discussion of goal “Re-connecting both within RHUC and with the Wider Community”.
