JOY Sunday

Advent 3 is JOY Sunday and what better way to celebrate than to gather after the 

service and share a chili lunch.  Remember before Covid, we would have “Lunch and

Learn” after the service.  Well this is much the same but without the “Learn” part!

During these uncertain and disturbing world times, and our sanctuary closed for

repairs, we need to remember that there is JOY in many places in our lives.  When 

we are able to share that JOY with others, their concerns are lightened.

Place:  the Garden Room, which is all decorated for the season.

      NB  Because space is limited, we are planing for about 40 people.

              We do not want to be short of table space or run out of chili, 

              so please  let Nava, in the church office  or  Donna Smith know 

              you plan to attend.

Cost:  $5.00 per person, payable at the door.

We’ll share a meal together; we’ll all get to know each other better; we’ll enjoy food prepared by our own chefs; and we’ll sing some carols, spreading the JOY that 

being followers of Jesus brings!
